Visit Europe's leading Space and Aviation exhibition with EUROAVIA Aachen. You are finishing your studies and searching for an employer or are you a 1st semester student and an aerospace enthusiast? It does not matter which background you are from. We as THE association of aerospace students in Europe are offering you this excursion to improve your knowledge, get in touch with the industry and meet new people with the same background.

We are going to take the train to and from Berlin City.
Hotel Spreewitz am Kurfürstendamm, Kantstraße 104, 10627 Berlin.
Breakfast will be included with stay.
The cost is still going to be decided because EUROAVIA Aachen is currently in the planning process of this event. Due to estimations the cost will be a maximum of 135 €. EUROAVIA members are going to get a small discount on the application fees. Definite numbers will be told shortly!
What is included inside the participation fees:
- travel costs (train ticket and public transport in Berlin)
- accommodation with breakfast
- ILA professional ticket and public ticket
Your application is going to be binding. Once applied for the event, the application fees cannot be refunded because of organisational reasons. But if due to COVID regulations the event is cancelled, the fees is going to be refunded for all participants.
Applications start on 1st April of 2022 at 12:00 CET and will be accepted till 10th April 2022 at 23:59 CET.

The participant count is limited to 25 persons. If you are studying at RWTH Aachen or FH Aachen you are qualified for the application. Your motivation in the application form will be thoroughly evaluated by an event committee.
